Spawnkeeper is an iPhone and iPad app for managing game servers that run on AMP (Application Management Panel). It has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. This page explains exactly what leaves your device and where it goes.
Your AMP panel
The app talks directly to the AMP panel address you enter. Your username, password and AMP's "remember me" token are stored in your device's Keychain and are sent only to that panel. We never receive them.
Instant alerts (only if you turn them on)
When you turn on Alerts for a server, the app asks your AMP panel to send that server's events to Spawnkeeper's alert relay, which forwards them to your device through Apple Push Notification service. To do this the relay stores:
- your device's push token, and a random ID that links your panel's events to it;
- while a Lock Screen card is showing, that card's push token and current status (player count and names), deleted within 12 hours.
Each event the relay receives contains the server's name, the event (for example "stopped unexpectedly"), and where relevant a player's name or a backup error. The relay passes it to Apple and does not keep it. It does not receive your panel's login, and does not keep request logs. Like any web service, it necessarily sees the network address your panel connects from.
Turning off every alert for a server removes the entries from your panel. Deleting the app makes the push token invalid, and the relay deletes it the next time it is used.
Game artwork
Server pictures are loaded from Steam's public image servers using the game's Steam app ID. Valve sees an ordinary image request from your device.
Purchases
Spawnkeeper Pro is sold through Apple. Payment and subscription details stay with Apple; the app only learns whether Pro is active.
What we don't do
- No analytics, crash reporting or tracking SDKs.
- No selling or sharing of data with anyone.
- No data collected from children.
